Product price and delivery

Prices in the online store include 24% VAT. Shipping costs are added during the payment process. Íslandspóstur handles deliveries.

Delivery

Orders on cbdrvk.is are shipped the next working day. In the event that a product is sold out, we will contact you and inform you of the estimated delivery time. All deliveries distributed by Dropp and the Carrier are subject to their transport, warranty and delivery terms. Adotta CBD Reykjavík ehf is not responsible for damaged or lost products after they have been processed by the sender. Product lost in the mail or damaged is the buyer's responsibility.

Product return

The right to return goods is 14 days from purchase. A dated sales invoice must be presented. Also, the product must be unused in perfect condition and in undamaged packaging. A product with a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged. When returning, the price at the time of sale should be used unless it is a sale product, then the price on the day of return is valid.

Defective product

If a product is defective, we offer to replace it with a new one. We also pay all shipping costs. You can also request that a product be refunded. Reference is made to the Act on House Walking and Distance Selling Agreements No. 46/2000 and the Act on Consumer Purchases.

Law and forum 

This contract is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall be prosecuted in the Icelandic courts.
